Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

Eligibility

Use of the vit55 Platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions:

• You are an individual human being, not a corporation, trust, or automated entity.
• You are at least 21 years of age. vit55 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all Services. Users who misrepresent their age will have their accounts suspended and any winnings forfeited.
• You are physically located in Indonesia or are an Indonesian national accessing the Platform from abroad, and you acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or close family member of an employee of vit55 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party. Each Account must be for the personal use of the registered individual only.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, court order, or regulatory restriction that prohibits you from accessing online gambling services.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the vit55 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension without notice. Any balances, pending withdrawals, or bonus funds associated with duplicate accounts may be permanently forfeited.

3.2 Registration Requirements

To open a vit55 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, Indonesian mobile phone number, and preferred payment details. You are obligated to keep this information up to date at all times. vit55 accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated or incorrect account information provided by a User.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. vit55 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password not shared with any other online service. You must notify vit55 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. vit55 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurs before you notify us.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing any withdrawal, vit55 requires completion of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following: a government-issued Indonesian identity card (KTP or passport), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement issued within 90 days), and proof of ownership for the payment method used (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri mobile banking account showing your full name and account number). Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by vit55 support may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

3.5 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting vit55 customer support. Any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant game or sport rules prior to closure. Remaining real-money balances (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned via your registered withdrawal method upon satisfactory identity verification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vit55 supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Indonesian players: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga (local bank transfers), and e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). vit55 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency transfers, or third-party payments made by persons other than the registered Account holder.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. vit55 does not charge transaction fees on deposits made through supported local payment channels, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own service charges, for which vit55 accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted before 21:00 WIB on any calendar day are typically processed within the same business day, subject to KYC clearance and fraud screening. Requests submitted after 21:00 WIB will be processed on the following business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. vit55 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawals exceeding Rp 10.000.000 per transaction.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered under the same name as the vit55 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. vit55 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) irregular account activity has been flagged; (c) a chargeback or dispute has been initiated by the User through their payment provider; or (d) the Account is under investigation for suspected fraud or policy violation.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

vit55 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to Indonesian events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, which take precedence over these General Bonus Terms where they conflict.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated; any unused Bonus Funds that expire before the requirement is met will be removed from the Account without compensation.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

vit55 monitors account activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies specifically to clear wagering requirements; placing bets that do not contribute to wagering requirements while claiming they do; and coordinating with other users to abuse referral or shared-device promotions. Where bonus abuse is detected, vit55 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, reverse any winnings derived from that bonus, and suspend or permanently close the Account.

5.4 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet staked. Live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger) may contribute at a reduced rate, typically between 5% and 20%. Sportsbook bets contribute at a rate specified on the relevant promotion page. Togel (lottery) markets and Keno rounds may be excluded from wagering contribution entirely for certain promotions. Check the specific bonus terms for the applicable contribution schedule.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook

All sportsbook bets are final once confirmed. vit55 offers pre-match and live (in-play) betting on football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, and FIFA World Cup qualifiers), badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), E-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire), and other markets. vit55 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a clear pricing or data error has occurred. Voor bola (Asian handicap) and mix parlay (accumulator) bet types are subject to the specific rules published in the Sportsbook section of the Platform.

6.2 Casino and Live Games

All casino games — including live dealer tables streamed from Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live studios — operate under the rules of the respective game as displayed within the game interface. vit55 does not control the outcome of live dealer games; results are determined by physical dealing or spin in real time. Where a technical disconnection occurs during a live game session, vit55's system logs will be used to determine the settled outcome. Sabung ayam (live cockfighting) markets, where offered, follow the Meron (red corner) / Wala (blue corner) / draw result system as declared by the arena operator.

6.3 Togel and Numbers Games

Daily togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws for Singapore, Hong Kong, and Sydney pools are conducted by the respective pool operators. vit55 displays draw results as published by the authoritative pool source. Any dispute regarding a draw result must be raised within 24 hours of the result being published. Keno rounds on the Platform use a certified RNG system audited for fairness.

6.4 System Errors and Manifest Errors

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to clearly incorrect odds, incorrect game settings, or software malfunctions — vit55 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the Users' Accounts. vit55 will not honor winnings that result from a manifest error, regardless of whether the error was immediately apparent to the User at the time of betting.

Responsible Gaming

vit55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Users who believe gambling is negatively affecting their lives are strongly encouraged to visit the Responsible Gaming page or contact support at [email protected] to activate self-exclusion immediately. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed for the duration of the elected exclusion period. vit55 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction on all Services without exception.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vit55 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Opening or operating more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in an unauthorized manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, including in live casino games or peer-to-peer betting markets.
• Laundering funds through the Platform or using the Platform in connection with any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or security systems.
• Using the Platform to conduct or facilitate any activity that violates applicable Indonesian law or international sanctions.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening vit55 staff or other users via any support or communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the vit55 Platform — including but not limited to the vit55 brand name, logo, design elements, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and data — is the intellectual property of vit55 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without vit55's prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vit55 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure; loss of data; loss of profits; service interruption; or any other loss arising from circumstances beyond vit55's reasonable control, including acts of god, network outages, or government action.

vit55's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vit55 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's continuous availability, accuracy of odds, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Privacy & Data

vit55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. vit55 does not sell User personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where required for payment processing, fraud prevention, identity verification, and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

Amendments

vit55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, vit55 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.

The version of the Terms published on the Platform at the time of any dispute shall be the operative version for the purposes of resolving that dispute, subject to any transitional provisions stated in the amendment notice.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vit55 holds its international operating licence. Users in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions under Indonesian national law, and that by using the Platform they do so at their own risk and on their own volition. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice, and vit55 encourages all Users to seek independent legal counsel if they are uncertain about the lawfulness of online gambling in their jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with vit55 customer support shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
